Seeking help is the first step towards making a positive change in your life and with Enlighten Your Mind Therapy, there are many ways in which you can begin you journey to feel empowered, transformed and learn to embrace who you are.

Initial Consultation

After our 15 minute consultation to establish if we are a good fit for one another, I will conduct an initial consultation to discuss what you need help with. This session will last for one hour and allows me to find out more about you and I will explain how I work and what we can do together in order for your to achieve your goal(s).  Once I have gathered all the necessary information I will create a treatment plan personalised to you.

Your commitment is important in order to get the best results for your treatment. Consultations can be conducted either face to face or via Zoom.


All information shared is treated in the strictest of confidence and follows all GDPR requirements.

Treatment Plan

As mentioned in the Initial Consultation section, a treatment plan will be created and personalised to your individual needs. The amount of sessions required will be reflected by the type of treatment needed e.g., 1-3 sessions on average for a phobia or fear. Each session will vary, as I use different proven and highly effective techniques that allow you to become unstuck and more forward in life. These include: psychotherapy (talking sessions), hypnotherapy (talking and hypnosis), cognitive behaviour hypnotherapy and NLP (neuro-linguistic programming). Using a range of comprehsensive methods enables us to adapt sessions.

In some instances, hypnoanalysis may be required and these will average 6-12 sessions.

Individual sessions cost £70 per hour.
