Hypnotherapy enables us to work with your issue more efficiently, effectively and at a level that enables change to happen. Our wonderful and amazing subconscious mind is what drives 95% of what we do every day of our lives and even though it wants to keep us safe, is creative, stores our emotions etc. it has learnt from the many experiences we have had as children, either from our peers and others, which can be things that block us in life; including the way we behave, feel and think about situations.

There are 3 main pillars for the practice:

EMPOWER - there's nothing better than to know you have fully achieved and accomplished your goals in life, no matter how big or small they might be. A feeling of being empowered enables us to move forward in life, having the confidence to make decisions without any second guessing or needing validation from others.

TRANSFORM - part of your treatment will include being transformed because that's essentially the main reason people choose to seek out help. Not being a slave to something that holds you back from living your full potential is transformational.
