My name is Clare Cavalli and I specialise in helping frustrated women unblock their unhealthy lifestyle habits, such as smoking, bad eating habits, lack of quality sleep or stress/anxiety related to the menopause. Or you may be someone who wants to change their lifestyle habits because of health issues.
