A very warm welcome to Enlighten Your Mind Therapy.


My name is Clare Cavallii and I am the founder and Clinical Hypnotherapist/Psychotherapist of Enlighten Your Mind Therapy.

It may have taken something in your life to happen, or not happen, which is why you are here today, finding out more about how you can get help with your situation. Some people are hestitant with getting help because they are not sure about what will happen during their therapy sessions. Should you decide you want to speak with me, I offer a free 30 minute consultation to explain how the sessions work and find out what you need help with, if we're the right fit for one another and of course, if I'm the right therapist for your needs. This is always about YOU because you deserve to get the right support for your healing journey.

Your Story...

We all have a story to tell based on the events, memories and experiences we’ve had in our lives. These shape us into who we are today, determining how our life may pan out; how we think, feel and act/behave.

Spending our childhood looking up to the peers and caregivers; learning from them, as they may unknowingly model their responses, behaviours and emotional regulation to life experiencies. Our parents will either carry on the pattern of how they were brought up by their own parents, or they can rewrite and set about intentionally creating a different pattern. And this can be for a variety of reasons e.g., maybe they had a negative experience, so they wanted to ensure they didn’t create this type of experience for their children.

Was your childhood a nurturing environment that allowed you to be who you are without judgement or criticism? Were you praised for all your efforts no matter how big or small they may have been? How were you shown love, security and safety? Were you left feeling empowered by any decisions you made, or were you left questioning yourself and losing your sense of self? Maybe your parents were great caregivers, but during your school life, you were taunted or bullied for how you looked, which later in life resulted in self-sabotage, not trusting others, having difficulties in friendship circles, or having a lack of self-confidence. These factors may all affect how we will be in our adult life.

None of what happened in your life is your fault. And this is the key takeaway from whatever brings you here today, because you may have reached a point where you feel stuck and no longer want to be tied to the past events that are holding you back in the here and now. No matter what it is that you need help with, know that you are not alone and that we all have our own reasons for wanting to heal or move past the things that are stopping you moving forward.

So, whether your relationship/marriage, friendship or career is affected by your unwanted feelings, thoughts or behaviours, you can change and create a new way of being. And today you have made the first step in wanting to change.
